Custom Chicken Coop

This elevated chicken coop was custom-designed and built to the client's specifications, seamlessly integrating a pre-existing shade structure as a durable, weather-resistant roof. Thoughtfully crafted for long-term reliability, it features an external egg collection access for convenient daily gathering. Prioritizing both safety and style, the coop includes predator-proof gopher wire buried beneath the foundation and integrated floor ventilation for airflow & hen health.

Custom Covered Porch with Restoration

This covered porch began with reclaiming the space—carefully removing a failing pergola to make way for a permanent, structural upgrade. We restored the existing architecture, performing targeted wood restoration by removing decay and applying high-performance fillers to preserve the original integrity, all supported by new ledger-and-beam framing. The result features a handcrafted wood-slat ceiling and a professional-grade metal roof system designed for lasting durability and weather protection.

Composite Decking & Custom Joinery

An early showcase when I started working in the trades of technical precision and detail-oriented craftsmanship. I executed a dual-porch installation using Trex composite systems with a concealed fastener finish for a hardware-free, modern aesthetic. The project’s complexity was defined by intricate post-integration and a central 45-degree transitional seam, requiring absolute geometric accuracy to ensure perfectly aligned transitions across the entire span of the deck.

Custom 2-Story Craftsman Home

I was proud to be part of the team that brought this home to life and gave it its own distinct personality. We gave the exterior a beautiful, textured look by blending classic shingles with bold board-and-batten siding. For outdoor living, we added expansive custom decking and a high-visibility mesh enclosure around the patio, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. Inside, we took care of all the finishing touches—beautiful flooring, crisp base trim and casings around doors and windows, a clever stow-away bench in the kitchen, custom pantry shelving, and sleek sliding closet doors.

Luxury Estate & Garage

I was proud to be part of the crew on this high-end luxury estate. We poured massive 16-foot foundation walls, which took careful engineering and precise concrete work to get right. Next came the heavy framing to support the large scale, followed by the detailed installation of premium clear-grain cedar siding. We also handled the garage slab, custom soffits, and every other detail with the same high standard. With expensive materials and a build this size, we made sure each step was done perfectly.

Residential Structural Construction

I was glad to be part of the team handling the critical early-phase work on this new residential build. We took care of the structural foundation pour, making sure the base was perfectly level and solid, then moved on to the complete framing of the house.With precise engineering and careful attention to detail, we built the home’s essential skeleton—giving it the strong, reliable structure needed for everything that comes next, from plumbing and electrical to finishes.

Restored Gazebo

We took a worn-out pergola that was starting to fail and completely transformed it into a beautiful, gabled gazebo that works year-round.We started with a full structural restoration, replacing the aging timbers, then built a new high-pitch rafter system for better drainage and a striking look. Inside, we added an artisan wood-slat ceiling, and on the gable ends we installed classic lap siding.The end result is a solid, stylish pavilion that combines timeless design with modern strength—perfect for enjoying the outdoors in any season

Full-Scale Bathroom Modernization

This project was a complete down-to-the-studs bathroom modernization, transforming a dated, problem-prone space into a durable, modern retreat. We stripped away failing cast iron fixtures, deteriorating laminate and wood flooring, and outdated finishes. Water-damaged subfloors were fully remediated, and the floor diaphragm was verified for integrity before any new work began.

After precise site preparation and custom forming to create organic curves around existing landscaping, we poured high-quality concrete, applied color hardener, and expertly stamped it with a realistic ashlar slate texture for rich detail and natural stone appeal.
